For over a decade, I've designed and facilitated wellness experiences for individuals and groups across luxury hotels, corporate environments, and boutique studios in New York, Los Angeles, and Hawaii. My work spans private Pilates and yoga sessions, sound baths, guided meditation, and one-on-one wellness consulting — all rooted in the belief that feeling better in your body starts with practices that actually fit your life.
My approach draws on both rigorous training and lived experience. As a child of immigrants, a mother, and someone who has navigated her own healing through movement, sound, and self-inquiry, I bring a perspective to this work that goes beyond certification. I hold space for people from all walks of life and design experiences that are intentional, inclusive, and genuinely transformative.
