Frequently asked questions.

What is a Sound Bath or a Sound Meditation?

A somatic sound journey better known as a sound bath is a meditative experience where sounds or vibrations from instruments specific for healing “bathe” your body. The resonant sounds from the instruments allow your body to access the parasympathetic nervous system and give it permission to slow down.

What are the benefits of a Sound Bath?

Somatic sound therapy resonates differently for each person, but some of the benefits include reducing stress and anxiety, increasing your overall mind-body connection and awareness, experiencing deeper sleep, enhancing your creativity and focus, and creating room for spiritual growth. Continuous practice begins to cultivate the skill of deep listening which serves as a tool to help you become more present in your everyday life and to tune into your inner voice.
