About Sabine

I guide people toward feeling better in their minds and bodies through intentional movement, sound, and ancient wellbeing practices.

I’ve been guiding wellness practices alongside my corporate career since 2016. After more than a decade in creative production and project management for leading brands, I know firsthand what it feels like to thrive on the outside yet feel disconnected and depleted on the inside. That discomfort became the fuel for my own journey to discover what it really means to live well. Pilates, yoga, sound healing, and holistic practices became my anchors — tools that not only helped me manage burnout and the demands of motherhood, but also allowed me to finally feel better in my body and more present in my life.

Well with Sabine is the newest iteration of this work — the culmination of years of teaching and learning, and my commitment to helping others create intentional space for discovering what helps them feel better. My approach is inclusive, functional, and holistic, blending movement, sound, and mindfulness to meet people where they are. Through classes, workshops, and retreats, I share practices that support strength, calm, and authentic connection, guiding from a place of empathy, lived experience, and a lifelong pursuit of wellbeing. My deepest intention is that everyone who crosses path with my work leaves feeling better in their body and more grounded in themselves.
