Welcome in, I’m Sabine — a guide on your journey toward feeling better in your mind, body, and spirit. As a child of immigrants, a mother, and a lifelong learner, my personal path has been one of self-discovery, healing, and growth through exploration, community, and world travel. Overcoming challenges in my own life has led me to supportive practices such as sound healing, astrology, human design, reflective journaling, yoga, Pilates, and meditation—tools that continue to transform how I connect with myself and the world around me.
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of creating and facilitating wellness experiences for both individuals and groups — from middle school girls building confidence, to boutique fitness clients seeking intentional movement, corporate employees needing to recharge, and to luxury hotel guests in New York City, Los Angeles, and Hawaii. These experiences have taught me how to hold space for people from all walks of life while delivering programs that are both inclusive and refined.
Alongside my wellness work, I’ve also built a parallel career in creative production and project management, with over a decade of experience in hospitality. This background allows me to design efficient systems, organize details with deep care, and deliver memorable wellness experiences that feel intentional from start to finish.
This breadth of experience has shaped my approach: always rooted in creating an intentional guided recharge that meets people where they are and leaves them feeling renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
