  • A sound bath is a meditative experience where sounds or vibrations from instruments specific for healing “bathe” your body. The resonant sounds from the instruments allow your body to access the parasympathetic nervous system and give it permission to slow down. Calming your body down gives your mind the freedom to rest.

    This state of deep rest causes an increase in the alpha and theta frequencies in your brain, allowing for altered states of consciousness. Here is where the healing and deep listening begin–where the medicine lies. It’s an open invitation to return home to self.

  • Sound baths resonate differently for each person, but some of the benefits include reducing stress and anxiety, increasing your overall mind-body connection and awareness, experiencing deeper sleep, enhancing your creativity and focus, and creating room for spiritual growth. Continuous practice begins to cultivate the skill of deep listening which serves as a tool to help you become more present in your everyday life and to tune into your inner voice.

  • There’s really nothing to do other than to come with an open mind with no expectations. It helps if your stomach is comfortably full with something nutrient-dense and you’re hydrated, but no stress if you aren’t. If you have time, please use the restroom before your session, so you don’t become uncomfortable at any point throughout your session. We’ll go over some other ways to prepare prior to your session.
